Our ground-floor holiday flat sits on a quiet side street, a few minutes’ walk from Eutin’s historic old town. It offers 42 m² with a separate bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower. A wood-burning stove makes it cosy in the colder months, and there is a terrace as well as a courtyard garden shared with the neighbouring flat.

Suitable for up to 2 guests. Non-smoking. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Prices 2027

High season (1 May – 30 September): 76 Euro per night

Mid season (1 – 30 April and 1 October – 31 December): 66 Euro per night

Low season (1 January – 31 March): 60 Euro per night

For stays up to 31 December 2026 the previous rate of 50 Euro per night applies.

Good to know

Rates include broadband WiFi, heating, electricity, water, satellite TV, bed linen, towels and the final clean.

Minimum stay 4 nights. Arrivals Sunday to Thursday, departures Monday to Saturday.

A deposit of 10% of the total is due within 14 days of the booking confirmation, the balance no later than 14 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival the full amount is due immediately.
